TATIANA KAMORINA
Drawings  +  Paintings
Drawing has always been one of my childhood passions that I could pursue more systematically only as an adult when in 2010
I started attending classes at the Art Students League of New York. My first class was with Anita Steckel who taught students to see gradations of values and encouraged to look for nuances in a human body (we were drawing nudes), as well as to talk freely and to share any associations and questions about art during the breaks. From the nudes, attraction to human faces and color brought me to the class taught by Ellen Eagle, whose pastels I found exquisite. Instructions in anatomy and drawing by Ephraim Rubenstein and other ASL instructors were also invaluable.
